 Direct Pre-Orders and Orders?
Hey,
So, the release of the game is drawing close, but I was wondering, is there any way to pre-order or order direct from you chaps? I myself don't have a local game store to support and hence do all my ordering online, so direct ordering (which would also give more profit directly to you) would be ideal. This is true especially if there was any way I could order so as to have it arrive at the time of the official release date.
cheers!
Colin

Pre-ordering through us may be possible, but the shipping/handling for the book (for international shipping) would probably be prohibitive for you. It's also very unlikely that we'd be able to ship the book to you in time for the launch.
Therefore it's probably best for our UK customers to order Desolation from Esdevium Games in August, and it's entirely possible that they have some kind of pre-order thing going on.

Of course, we appreciate the thought of ordering directly from us - for our US customers, we'll be downright encouraging it!

I dunno, I don't think the P&P costs will be too prohibitive to be honest, especially given how weak the $US is. I've found it's often no more expensive (and sometimes cheaper!) to order books and rpgs direct from the US than purchase them from UK vendors.
cheers!

Yes indeed. We'll also have our store online August 18 if you'd like to order direct. It is a PayPal store, but will also accept credit cards.

 Re: Direct Pre-Orders and Orders?
Greetings!
I have already ordered the print version of Desolation, but was wondering if a PDF version will also be made available?

 Re: Direct Pre-Orders and Orders?
Hello, and thanks for purchasing Desolation!
The answer is yes, a PDF version of Desolation will be available soon from our online store. The PDF version will contain a printer-friendly version of the game along with a standard PDF version.

 Re: Direct Pre-Orders and Orders?
Ah! That's good! I tend to work a lot with PDFs when I run or play my games as they are more convenient for travel or for searching ... but, nothing beats a BOOK for reading and comprehension.
Thanks!

Colin,
I'm not sure you'll have to worry about getting your copy from anyone...I think, there may be a small chance, that you might be seeing a copy soon.

I ordered mine from this site, I don't see why they wouldn't ship to Canada. http://frpgames.irook.com/cart.php?m=pr ... il&p=64503

Journeys is now up for sale on our distributor's site, studio2publishing.com. They say pre-orders are being filled in the next few weeks.
