Post Primal Magic vs Primalism
Hi,

I'm a little confused about something.

In the Magic section, Primal Magic is listed as being the tradition of the Mongrels and Oruskans. In the Religion section, Primalism is worshipped primarily by Oruskans, and Humans (northern Ascondia, Jherlind, Loslolin, and Verelanar). Given that Primalist priests are shamans, wouldn't they also use Primal Magic? Also wouldn't a person with Magical Aptitude, who is raised in those areas, regardless of race, be trained in the Primal Magic tradition?

Colin addressed the main point here, but I think something needs to be added to that, in regard to your question at the end of the quoted stuff above. Primalists are aslo known as Shamans in some parts of Scondera, so your question is actually moot. That said, a character with Magical Aptitude would more than likley be a Priimalist/Shaman, but it would depend on whether they were Human or non-Human. If Human, they could certainly practice Sorcery.
