The various defensive actions are:
  • Avoid
  • Block
  • Parry
  • Resist,
  • Full Dodge
  • Partial Doge

The first 4--Avoid, Block, Parry, Resist--are obviously reactive actions, you do them when you're being attacked. Are the dodges supposed to be reactive actions as well? In other words, if I'm attacked, can I choose to take a Full Dodge and simply forgo my next turn? Or do I need to declare at the start of my turn that I'm taking a Full Dodge this round, preemptive of the attack that could be coming my way?

Never mind. The example on pg 158 explicitly uses Full Dodge in it and treats it as a reaction.
