I'm pleased to announce that I will be running DESOLATION at CanGames, the local Ottawa gaming convention, the weekend of May 21st-23rd, 2010. The link for CanGames is

Here's the blurb on the scenario itself.

FRONTIER JUSTICE
Game System: Desolation RPG
Players: 6
Time: 2 pm - 6 pm (Saturday)
Description: Life in post-apocalyptic Scondera is harsh. The chief of the Burning Shoulder tribe of orcs, goblins, and kobolds is annoyed that a shipment of expected supplies has not arrived, so he sends you and your fellow tribe mates to find them. Experience life in the world of Desolation from an Oruskan point of view, where you aren’t the monsters necessarily.

I'm looking forward to running this game, and will post up here about the game after the convention is over. With a bit of luck, I'll also be running a second session of DESOLATION as well at the convention, but that's still up in the air.

I'm rather looking forward to running DESOLATION at CanGames this year, myself. This will be the third (or is it the fourth?) year in a row that I've run DESOLATION at the convention, and it's been a very successful event every time I run it there.

So I'm stoked about this one!
