 Free RPG Day Game? Hullo, folks,
I was wondering something. Does anyone know if the GMD folks have done anything up for the Free RPG Day which is coming up in about a week and a bit? I hadn't heard anything, but wondered about this, since I know that the Exile Games folks have a new HEX adventure for it.

Re: Free RPG Day Game? No, we decided not to participate this year after asking around about it. We just couldn't justify the cost vs. benefits.

Re: Free RPG Day Game? No, we won't be at Origins this year. We had planned to go down Saturday to run three games, but we had to cancel due to other last-minute travel plans that had to take priority. But, we won't let anything take priority over Gen Con. I just got my exhibitor badge confirmation e-mail this morning.

Re: Free RPG Day Game? Hullo, Jamie, Sorry to hear that you guys aren't at Origins, as the marketing and promotion need to be done for the game. And don't rub in the business about GenCon, as I won't be there this year.

Re: Free RPG Day Game? Would there be any official objection to someone running a free RPG day adventure (non-prepublished) at the local game store? It'd be something following the format of the HEX quickstart, only tailored to the coolness of Desolation. I'm going to be running the official HEX adventure, but I'd like to do something to support Desolation as well.
