 Elves before the Curse I haven't finished my copy of ''Desolation:Journeys Before and After'' so I might be missing something
but I was wondering if there is some lore on the Elves before the rejection of Nature.
And maybe a more concrete reason as to why,though I suspect its GM related

Re: Elves before the Curse The core book goes into why the elves were cursed by Nature; I don't have the book with me so I can't give a page reference.
IIRC, the elf shamans were filled with hubris and attempted to exact control over Nature, instead of working with it. This caused the backlash which killed the perpetrators and cursed the race.

Re: Elves before the Curse From what I read: I am lead to believe that this is what the vast majority thought..Its somewhat ambiguous if its the actual truth(like how most people believe mages are responsible for the Apocalypse)

Re: Elves before the Curse Herein lies the beauty of this setting. They give the building blocks, the dm's are left to build it. If you've made it to the write up on goblins; they have their own theory, as well, as to why the elves were cast out.
