My question of today is, whether the sample characters in the Desolation core rulebook are compliant to the rules or not.
The Noble Sorceress, for example, uses her Bow and Quarterstaff without any penalties, though she only has a Strength rating of 1 while these weapons usually need at least a rating of 2. By the book she should suffer a -2 penalty on her attack ratings with these weapons.
It's a mistake, isn't it?
